TGF1000P-CS232-5014 is a heavy weight woven fiberglass fabric with a specially formulated calcium silicate which provides a high temperature resistance surface as well as other properties for the manufacturer of smoke and fire curtains, blinds, cavity wall fire barriers, insulation covers, welding blankets and other types of smoke and other types of fire control systems.
Calcium Silicate is a natural mineral which provides a natural inorganic finish to fiberglass. This coating provides short temperature resistance of 1000C degree and increased continuous temperature resistance temperature up to 800C degree. Calcium Silicate coated fiberglass cloths increase the products’ abrasion resistance and adds to its ability to withstand direct flame, it also provide a dust suppression coating which allows for a safer work environment
